When you continue to WhatsApp

Your email, WhatsApp number, surgery history and comments are included in the prepared message and passed to WhatsApp only when you open the WhatsApp link. You choose whether to send it to the website operator. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply. Keep the initial inquiry general; ask the team how to provide any medical records needed by the clinic.

Content is general information. The treating clinic determines suitability, treatment, risks, recovery and follow-up for each patient. Case images are examples, not promises of a result.

Membership and your MKS customer card

Medical Korea Service (MKS) operates membership for this website. When you complete registration, your name, verified email, website language, clinic of registration, acceptance time and notice version, and information-receipt choice are recorded in the MKS CRM. A website-membership customer card is created or linked. Registration is not a consultation request and does not authorise sharing medical information with a clinic.

Cloudflare Access verifies sign-in using an email code or an enabled identity provider. Google sign-in, when enabled, uses your Google account; this website does not receive or store your Google password. Secure, HTTP-only cookies maintain your login and completed-membership status. Authentication providers process account and technical information under their own notices.

The information-receipt checkbox concerns MKS news and offers by email. It is not required to register or view photographs. No WhatsApp marketing permission is collected by this membership form. You may request access, correction, account deletion or withdrawal through the contact below. Deleting your account does not automatically delete any separate clinical record held by a treating clinic.

Contact MKS about your membership or information preferences. Account records are maintained while your account is active; requests for deletion are handled by MKS, with any records that must be retained identified separately. Unsent consultation drafts and photograph previews described below are separate from membership records.
