A PERSONALISED APPROACH
Dr. Lee Kyuho’s approach starts with individual facial proportions. For a first operation, the consultation begins with what you would like to change and what is appropriate for your anatomy.
YOUR FIRST CONSULTATION
Which aspect of your nose concerns you most? Share the changes you want and the features you wish to keep.
Discuss your facial proportions, nasal structure and any breathing concerns with the surgeon.
Ask why an approach is recommended, whether graft material is needed, and about limitations, risks and recovery.
First-time rhinoplasty means you have not previously had nose surgery. If you have, explore our revision pathway. Tell the team about previous nasal fillers or other treatments even if you have never had an operation.

Bridge augmentation adds height while balancing the bridge, tip and skin envelope. A low bridge does not automatically require the highest possible implant.

Tip refinement changes cartilage shape and support. It can address a broad, low, short or upturned tip without assuming that the bridge also needs augmentation.

Alar lowering addresses a retracted nostril rim and excessive nostril show. It differs from narrowing the nostril base: the treatment target is the rim position.

A bulbous tip may reflect thick soft tissue, widely separated tip cartilages, or both. Treatment depends on which structure creates the fullness.

Hump reduction reshapes a prominent nasal dorsum. Bone and cartilage may both contribute; smoothing the profile also requires attention to bridge width and tip balance.

Short-nose correction aims to adjust tip length and rotation. A naturally short nose differs from a nose shortened by postoperative scar contraction.

Long-nose correction addresses downward tip position and disproportionate length. Tip support and the septum are considered together rather than treating length as a surface feature.

A crooked nose may involve nasal bones, cartilage, the septum or a displaced implant. External symmetry and breathing need separate assessment.
